Terms and EULA

TileCount is provided by Iron Canyon Ventures LLC as an estimating aid for tile work. These terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for apps downloaded through the App Store.

Estimating Aid Only

TileCount is not a guarantee of material quantities, job cost, labor productivity, code compliance, manufacturer compliance, or final contract price. Estimates depend on the measurements, pricing, labor rates, waste factors, assemblies, and assumptions entered by the user.

Always verify quantities, dimensions, prices, taxes, manufacturer instructions, local code requirements, and jobsite conditions before ordering materials, signing a contract, or starting work.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all inputs, estimate outputs, quote terms, proposal PDFs, and internal worksheets before using them with a customer, supplier, inspector, or project stakeholder.

No Live Supplier Pricing

TileCount does not provide live supplier pricing, licensed cost-book rates, professional design advice, legal advice, tax advice, or code advice. Prices and terms are entered and controlled by the user.

Accounts and Storage

The current version does not require an account or cloud sync. Job and settings data are stored locally on your device. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Purchases

TileCount Pro purchases and restores are handled by Apple through the App Store. Do not use external payment links for TileCount Pro.

Availability and Changes

TileCount may change over time. We may update app features, pricing, support information, privacy disclosures, and these terms as the product changes.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TileCount is provided as-is and as-available. We do not warrant that estimates will be complete, error-free, suitable for a specific project, or accepted by a customer, supplier, inspector, manufacturer, or authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Canyon Ventures LLC is not liable for project losses, ordering errors, labor overruns, missed conditions, business interruption, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TileCount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
