How do I restore my purchase?

Restore purchases from the Pro screen or Settings.

Does TileCount require an account?

No. The current version does not require account creation.

Does TileCount sync to the cloud?

No. TileCount is designed to be offline-first in the current version.

Where is my data stored?

Job and settings data are stored locally on your device.

Are TileCount estimates guaranteed?

No. TileCount provides estimates based on the measurements, pricing, labor rates, waste factors, assemblies, and assumptions entered by the user. Always verify quantities, dimensions, prices, taxes, manufacturer instructions, local code requirements, and jobsite conditions before ordering materials, signing a contract, or starting work.
